Preferred method of payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. If ordering from outside the UK you may pay with a credit card. Your card issuing company will convert the £ pounds sterling into your base currency at the current exchange rate. Details of the transaction will appear on your card statement.Inkerman Silver takes credit card security extremely seriously. We utilise industry leading software and encryption in order to ensure that the payment details submitted to us are not seen by unauthorised personnel. At no time will your credit card details be transmitted by us in an unsafe manner. We use a  secure server certificate in order to build trust.


All stainless steel cutlery usually takes two  to four weeks from receipt of order and all silver plated cutlery usually takes three to five weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. As all cutlery is made to order these times could alter but we do our upmost to deliver before stated times. If a customer has a more urgent requirement they can contact our Sales Office on 0114 2720885 and we will do our utmost to oblige if at all possible.
All orders for hallmarked sterling silver take a minimum of seven to nine weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. Sterling silver bullion fluctuates on the world market, as we try to keep all our prices relivent it alters on an hourly basis so it is sometimes necessary for us to add a bullion surcharge but we would inform you of this before we proceed with your order. From time to time nickel silver and stainless steel bullion prices rise and full also, and if this is the case we would add or deduct a surcharge percentage on these products. You would be informed before the order is processed.   We do not hold any stocks of hallmarked sterling silver but would do our absolute utmost to accommodate the customers requirements. Once you have placed your order relax, Our efficient Mail Order Team will place your order in a queue and it will be processed as soon as possible. You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please write/fax/e-mail us within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone. We do have the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund.

Bespoke items

Any bespoke items, cabinets or from our  Luxury Gold range or any cutlery that has been personally badged or engraved are non-returnable unless the goods are a manufacture fault and then  we would be happy to replace your item.

 Faulty goods/our mistakes

Please contact us if you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect products.

Clearance items

All clearance items are ex stock or discontinued stock all items are non returnable and non refundable
